Marc Sartain
CEO/Owner
Marc has spent over 30 years building relationships in the events world, working with everyone from Fortune 500 companies to local trade shows. As CEO of Vital Show Solutions, he leads the company vision while drawing on his vast experience to innovate and be a front runner for the industry.
Hector Valderas
Chief Operations Officer
Hector spent 33 years at JSAV rising to National Director of Video, overseeing operations across Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Denver and hotels nationwide. At Vital Show Solutions, he brings that national-scale operational experience to what he calls "the best choice he ever made" when he joined in 2017.
Josh Kaylor
Vice President of Operations
Josh spent years on the road as George Strait's Monitor Engineer before managing productions internationally. At Vital Show Solutions, he handles operations with the same attention to detail that kept him touring with one of country music's biggest acts. He's also a proud husband and father of four daughters.
Brian O'Neal
Vice President of Technical Operations
Brian has engineered broadcasts and live productions for NBC, ABC, ESPN, Fox Sports, and teams like the Dallas Mavericks and Stars over 33 years. He brings that high-stakes live TV precision to technical operations, solving complex integration challenges and keeping production systems running flawlessly. Brian is happily married and loves his dog, Lucky!

Chris has spent 12 years in the AV industry building client relationships and developing repeat business. His sales approach focuses on listening to what clients need and delivering consistently.
Lori Sartain
Vice President of HR and Marketing
With 25+ years in sales, marketing and business development, Lori Sartain has helped drive growth with brands like Cintas Corporation, Dickies Workwear, and Lands’ End. Now Vice President of Human Resources & Marketing at Vital Show Solutions, she blends her passion for people with her talent for strategic growth. Lori believes the best results come from investing in others and helping them be their best.
Nick Courtney
National Labor Manager
Nick handles technical staffing and crew logistics for events across the country. His network of AV professionals and hands-on approach means productions get the right people at the right time, without the usual headaches that come with coordinating nationwide labor.
Jarrett DeBrine
Inventory Control Manager
Jarrett has over 18 years of experience in inventory control, including 15 years as Inventory Control Manager at JSAV before joining Vital Show Solutions three years ago. Known for his detail-oriented and highly organized approach, Jarrett ensures the smooth, efficient operation of our gear and warehouse, keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.
Luke Evans
Warehouse Manager
Luke has served in the warehouse department over the past five years and has more recently held the role of Warehouse Manager. He brings expertise in show logistics and equipment management for VSS. Luke leads the Warehouse team in preparing precise event equipment and serves as the company’s CDL driver, adding flexibility to event operations.
